Main responsibilities:

    • works in consultation with the Education Administrator in making decisions on curriculum and staffing.
    • regular communication with the Class Guardians,the members of the Upper School Faculty,the Primary School Faculty,the Kindergarten staff and the Music Department and engages with them in a process of consultation to develop and strengthen the overall School program.
    • responsible for reporting to the VCAA in relation to the administration of the VCE and for overseeing the reporting of assessment.
    • responsible for timetabling,Work Experience,the coordination of the oral presentations by Class 12 students and oversees the transition of Class 8 students into the Upper School.

Rachel Mager

Chair of Management

 

  • convenes and chairs the Management meetings and has final authority where consensus on a matter cannot be reached.
  • responsible for holding each member of the Management accountable for their respective portfolio.
  • Teaching responsibilities:Class 8
   Management members are responsible and accountable for the effective and
responsible management of the school on a day to day basis. Members of the
Management work with College,which is the Guardian of the Spiritual Impulse of
the School. Management members are charged with ensuring that this Impulse is
reflected in the School’s life and daily management.
